All of your data — heart rate, blood pressure, stand tests, and notes — is stored only on your device. PlotMyPots has no servers and no user accounts, and we never receive, sell, or share your data. It leaves your device only when you choose to export a report. See our Privacy Policy for details.
PlotMyPots reads heart rate from a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor. That includes standard chest straps and arm bands, as well as many sports watches (such as Garmin, Polar, or Wahoo devices) that can broadcast heart rate over Bluetooth — the same way they connect to apps like Strava, Zwift, or Peloton. If your watch can broadcast its heart rate over Bluetooth, it should work with PlotMyPots.
Choose Bluetooth as your sensor when starting a test, make sure your monitor is on, nearby, and broadcasting heart rate, then select it from the list. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled in iOS Settings.
Open a test or your results and use the share/export option to generate a PDF or CSV. Your device's standard share sheet lets you email it, save it to Files, or send it however you like. The file goes only where you send it.
You can delete individual records or tests within the app. To remove everything, delete the app from your device — because all data is stored locally, this removes it completely.
