PlotMyPots ("the app") is developed and published by KV Foundry, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). PlotMyPots helps people track symptoms related to POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), including stand-test results, heart-rate data, and blood-pressure readings. This policy explains what data the app handles and how your privacy is protected.
The short version: all of your health data stays on your device. We do not have servers, we do not have accounts, and we never receive, see, sell, or share your data.
The app works with the following information, all of which you choose to provide or grant access to:
All of the above is stored locally on your device only (using Apple's Core Data framework). The app has no servers, no user accounts, and no cloud sync operated by us. We do not collect, transmit, or have any access to your data. It never leaves your device except when you choose to export or share it (see Section 4).
Your data is used solely on your device to provide the app's features: displaying charts and metrics, generating reports, and helping you and — if you choose — your healthcare provider understand your symptoms. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, analytics, profiling, or data mining, and we never sell it.
The app does not share your data with anyone. The only way data leaves your device is when you deliberately export a PDF or CSV report and send it using your device's standard share sheet (for example, via email, Messages, or saving to Files). You control where that exported file goes, and we are not involved in or aware of that transfer.
The app uses Bluetooth solely to connect to a compatible heart-rate monitor you choose — such as a chest strap, arm band, or a sports watch that broadcasts heart rate over Bluetooth — and to receive heart-rate readings during a test. No Bluetooth data is transmitted off your device.
PlotMyPots contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and performs no network requests to our servers (we have none). The app does not track you across other apps or websites.

PlotMyPots is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no data is collected by us, no such information is transmitted to or retained by us.
Privacy laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grant rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to restrict its processing. Because PlotMyPots stores all data locally on your device and we neither collect nor have access to it, you can exercise these rights directly and at any time by viewing, editing, exporting, or deleting your data within the app, or by deleting the app. If you have questions about your rights, contact us using the details below.
